WBA heavyweight champion Nikolay Valuev will travel to Switzerland on 20 January to defend his title against American Jameel McCline. The unbeaten Russian, 33, will be a strong favourite against McCline, who has lost six of his 47 fights.
At 7ft and 147kg, Valuev is the tallest and heaviest champion of all time.
He is undefeated in 45 fights and won the WBA title with a controversial points win over American John Ruiz in December 2005.
Victory over McCline would take the giant Russian a step closer to matching the late Rocky Marciano's 49-0 undefeated career mark.
