Haye won his European title last December |
David Haye's defence of his European cruiserweight title against Giacobbe Fragomeni will be a final eliminator for the WBC title held by O'Neil Bell. Bethnal Green's York Hall will host Haye's third defence on 17 November.
Haye, 25, won his belt when he knocked out Alexander Gurov last December and has since defended his crown twice.
The 37-year-old Fragomeni, from Milan, has a 100% record with 21 victories, including nine inside the distance, since turning professional in 2001.
Haye stopped Denmark's Lasse Johansen in eight rounds in his first defence and in his last fight he laboured to a points victory over Belgium's Ismail Abdoul.
The WBC and WBA belts are in the hands of Jamaican Bell after he beat Jean Marc Mormeck at New York's Madison Square Garden in January.
