WBO heavyweight champion Serguei Lyakhovich will make the first defence of his title against Shannon Briggs. Lyakhovich, from Belarus, won the title when he beat Lamon Brewster in Cleveland and will meet New Yorker Briggs in Phoenix on 4 November.
Briggs said: "My day is coming, and I am going to give my all. I am going in there to knock Lyakhovich out."
Lyakhovich said: "I am not looking past Briggs but my main goal is to unify the titles."
