Arthur complained about hotel problems ahead of his loss

The Commonwealth Games gold medallist was stopped in the fifth by Harry Ramakgoadi in Edinburgh.

But Arthur, 25, says he only had three hours sleep before the bout as his hotel room was not ready when he arrived in the Scottish capital.

"If I get the chance to fight him again without the late problems I'd win," Arthur told the South Wales Argus.

"I'm in great shape and my performance was no reflection on the training I have received.

"I was just too static and hung my chin out a couple of times and got punished."

The Welshman says he would like a rematch with Coventry-based South African Ramakgoadi at the earliest opportunity.

That could be in Cardiff International Arena on the 10 September bill to be headlined by Joe Calzaghe and Amir Khan.
