Witter is keen to meet his long-time rival in the ring |
Junior Witter has offered to fight long-time rival Ricky Hatton at the MEN Arena on Saturday after Brazilian Kelson Pinto withdrew at short notice. Witter is keen to face the WBU light-welterweight champion despite the lack of preparation time.
"They don't have to search around for anybody - all they have to do is look to me," said the Bradford fighter.
"It will only take me two or three rounds to knock Hatton out, I wouldn't even break into a sweat."

Pinto withdrew from this weekend's clash with Hatton in controversial circumstances.
Promoter Frank Warren said he had been given three different reasons as to why the Brazilian would not be turning up for Saturday's eagerly-awaited clash.
As for Witter, he has been in training for a European title bout with Italy's Salvatore Battaglia on 16 April and is confident he could handle two fights in such a short space of time.
"If anything, Hatton would serve as a nice little warm-up for me given that I haven't boxed since September," he said.
