Nicky Cook won the European featherweight title with a ninth-round knockout of Cyril Thomas at Wembley Arena. Cook destroyed the French champion with a devastating display of body punching on the Audley Harrison undercard.
And the referee counted out the previously unbeaten Thomas after he was floored for the third time in round nine.
The win moves Dagenham's Cook into the WBC world top 10.
Meanwhile, cruiserweight prospect David Haye chalked up his ninth professional win with a second-round stoppage of Zimbabwe's Hastings Rasani.
