Eastman has lost once in 39 fights |
Howard Eastman will make the next defence of his European middleweight title against Spain's Jorge Sendra. The bout will take place at the Derby Storm Arena on 28 November.
Battersea fighter Eastman's last title defence was against Hacine Cherifi in Norwich in July, when his French opponent retired after eight rounds.
Eastman's only defeat in 39 pro fights came when he was controversially beaten on points by William Joppy in November 2001 in a WBA title contest.
He is now keen for either a re-match with Joppy or a crack at middleweight king Bernard Hopkins.
The Derby bill will also feature hometown WBF middleweight champion Damon Hague taking on Roddy Doran. Their 10-round bout will act as a final eliminator for a tilt at the WBF super middleweight title currently held by Robin Reid.
