Tyson (left) is desperate for a rematch with Lennox Lewis |
Mike Tyson is reportedly ready to link up with his former promoter Don King in an attempt to engineer a rematch with Lennox Lewis.
Tyson and King fell out two years ago following the fighter's disqualification for biting Evander Holyfield's ear.
But, according to the magazine Boxing News, King has persuaded Tyson to return to the fold and drop a $100m lawsuit against him.
Tyson could even be back with King by the time of his next fight on Lewis' undercard, which is set for 21 June against Oleg Maskaev of Kazakhstan.
Tyson has earned more than 200m in the ring but still has financial problems, and his drawing power has waned since losing to Lewis last June.
