Herefordshire's Sarah Waldron setting the pace at Loughborough

Herefordshire distance runner Sarah Waldron says a recent trip to Portugal has inspired her to push on for a place in the 2012 Olympics.

Sarah, from Pudleston, told BBC Hereford and Worcester that working with a Paralympian had made her more determined.

"I went to help an athlete aiming for the Beijing Paralympics, and was with most of the team that was in Athens.

"This was very inspirational for me as I look towards 2012."
