Twice European Junior Cross Country Champion Stephanie Twell will run at the Belfast International Cross Country meeting at Stormont on 5 January. Twell successfully defended her European title earlier this month in Spain and also helped Britain claim the junior women's team honours.
This year's World Half-Marathon runner-up Kenyan Patrick Makau will also compete at Stormont.
Other big names will be signed up for the Mizuno-sponsored Belfast event.
Makau finished third in this year's event at Stormont which was won by Ugandan Moses Kiser.
The Kenyan's other impressive performances in 2007 include a win in the Lahore 10K (28.03) and a half-marathon in Berlin in April when he set the second fastest time in the world this year with a 58 minutes 56 seconds clocking.
