Sebrle eyes London 2012 decathlon
Roman Sebrle
Sebrle was never threatened by his rivals in Gothenburg
Olympic decathlon champion Roman Sebrle wants to continue competing until the 2012 Olympics in London.

The 31-year-old Czech, who successfully defended his European crown in Sweden last week, said: "It is my dream."

But he told Czech daily newspaper Sport: "However, I must be in good health. In athletics you are either in good shape or injured."

Sebrle is the first man since Britain's Daley Thompson in 1986 to win back-to-back European titles.

He has held the world record of 9,026 points since May 2001.
