Brain plays down Warriors return
John Brain
John Brain returns to Sixways as Bristol's forwards coach
Bristol forwards coach John Brain says he is not looking forward to returning to Worcester Warriors in their Guinness Premiership match on Saturday.

Brain got the Sixways side promoted and kept them in English rugby's top division for three years but left after the final game of the 2006/7 season.

Brain told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "It's not something I'm looking forward to, the actual going there."

"I'm not the guy who likes to attract a lot of attention."

Warriors' current director of rugby Mike Ruddock is sure Brain will get a warm welcome.

"We are very mindful of John coming back, he did a great job for the Warriors and put a hell of a lot of work in here, everyone respects and admires what he did."

Brain says he will hope his team does the talking for him on Saturday.

"I don't want to be the centre of attention, I want our team and their perfomance to be the centre of attention.

"It will be difficult for me on a personal level but I hope the guys will make it easier for me by playing well and winning."
