All the action from day two of the five-day 2006 Royal Ascot meeting. Ouija Board produced a spectacular late burst to take victory by half-a-length from Frankie Dettori on Electrocutionist in the Prince of Wales's Stakes, the big race on day two at Ascot.
Dettori led for much of the race, upping the pace with two-and-a-half furlongs to go.
But Olivier Peslier powered through on the outside to romp home, with Manduro third, and favourite David Junior in fourth.
Meanwhile, Jamie Spencer managed a treble, guiding favourite Soviet Song to victory in the one-mile Windsor Forest Stakes, claiming a narrow win on Cesare in the Royal Hunt Cup, and wrapping things up with victory on Red Evie in the Sandringham Handicap.
Mick Kinane gave Sir Michael Stoute yet another Ascot win on Jeremy in the day's opening race, the Jersey Stakes.
And trainer Richard Hannon won the Queen Mary Stakes for the fourth time as Richard Hughes sprinted to victory on Gilded, her fifth consecutive victory.
Day two results:

Jamie Spencer completed a hat-trick of wins for the day, as a late surge gave him victory by a head over La Mottie.
It was the horse's fifth success from as many starts this season, and afterwards trainer Michael Bell said he may now give the horse a run in the Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket.
But he may face a challenge for the services of Jamie Spencer, who is being tipped to ride Soviet Song, who gave him victory in the Windsor Forest Stakes earlier in the day.

The 30-strong field were split into two groups, with the top seven finishers all coming from the group on the stands side of the course.
Stronghold was the leader with two furlongs to go, until Spencer launched a late challenge and clinched victory by a neck.
Akona Matata was third, one and three-quarter lengths back, with favourite Pride Of Nation paying the price for a far rail draw, coming home in 13th place.
1550 - Prince of Wales's Stakes (1 and a quarter miles)

Frankie Dettori's Electrocutionist set a decent pace, with Manduro and Notnowcato the main early challengers.
Early on, Ouija Board looked to be struggling but once she switched to the outside, she moved up a gear to claim a thrilling win.

Soviet Song (11-8) fully justified her status as favourite as she charged through from the back of the field to win the one-mile Windsor Forest Stakes.
On her fourth visit to the meeting, Jamie Spencer's mount finally claimed her first win, coming home comfortably ahead of Mick Kinane's Echelon (3-1) and Royal Alchemist (33-1), ridden by Martin Dwyer.

Pre-race favourite Secret World, ridden by Frankie Dettori, suffered grazing to the back of his front legs when coming out of his horse box and finished in fifth place.

But the jockey picked up a four-day ban, which he will serve from 2-5 July, for careless riding when he moved out to make his challenge two furlongs from home.
It was Red Evie's fifth win in five starts this season.
