Essex-based Twenty 3c-Orbea are hoping to secure a place on the podium in their home leg of the Tour Series on Thursday night.
The tour visits Colchester, the fourth stage of the 2011 competition.
Twenty 3c-Orbea are currently fourth in the team standings, two points behind Sigma Sport.
Team manager James Whatling told BBC Essex: "We're doing really well, we're currently lying fourth so we are having a great time at the moment."
He added: "If we continue in this vein, why not go for a podium?"
"The crowds in Colchester the last time we did it were fantastic, it was one of the best crowds in the whole series. The more support we can get the better."
Rapha-Condor Sharp currently lead the series after winning each of the first three races ahead of Endura Racing, who have come second each time.
