Have you any experience of a mountain stage?

If you have ridden or visited any of the forthcoming 2005 Tour de France stages and have a tale to tell then we'd love to hear from you.

We would like the BBC Sport website Tour route guide to include eyewitness accounts of just what it is like to climb the Galibier or watch the Tour at Courchevel.

And you could be writing one of them! Even if you've just gone skiing there in the winter then get in touch!

This year's race will start on the 2 July and the cyclists will cover 3,600km in three weeks before finishing in Paris.
