Kerry retained the All-Ireland football crown with an emphatic 10-point success over Munster rivals Cork at Croke Park.
Pat O'Shea's Kingdom team led 1-6 to 0-6 at half-time, the difference being Colm Cooper's 17th-minute goal.
Cork's defence had a disastrous start to the second half, gifting two goals to Kieran Donaghy.
Kerry also rattled over four quickfire points to lead 3-10 to 0-7 before substitute Daniel Goulding shot in Cork's goal in the 53rd minute.
It was the 35th time Kerry had lifted the famous Sam Maguire trophy and came as a relief to manager Pat O'Shea in his first season in charge.
"There was pressure on myself when I took over," he admitted.
"This was a great team effort. Kerry have been in the last four All-Ireland finals and have won three of them.
"It is what Kerry are all about. We are prould of where we come from and we like to show that on the football field."
