Valentino Rossi steps up his bid to make a miraculous comeback after completing 46 laps of the Brno circuit in the Czech Republic just five weeks after fracturing his shin during qualifying at Mugello.

He will now undergo a series of x-rays before deciding whether to take part in this weekend's German Grand Prix at the Sachsenring.
