Button happy with testing results
BAR driver Jenson Button
BAR driver Jenson Button believes the team are poised to recover from their poor start to the season following a successful testing session in France.

Button and team-mate Takumo Sato retired from the Australian race and in Malaysia, Button and stand-in driver Anthony Davidson's engines failed.

"We tested some aerodynamic parts at this week's test with positive results," said Button.

"But I was unable to carry out planned tyre testing due to the bad weather."

Button and Davidson were joined in testing at the Paul Ricard circuit by test driver Enrique Bernoldi.

Honda Racing's engineering director Shuhei Nakamoto said the technical problems that had hampered the team so far this season were a thing of the past.

"We're confident that there won't be a repeat of the engine problems that we had in Malaysia," Nakamoto said.
