Paul Le Guen said he was happy with victory over Hearts |
Rangers manager Paul Le Guen felt that his side's victory at Tynecastle was another step towards the Ibrox side turning the corner. "It was a great performance by us and we needed a good game and Hearts had no chances today," he told BBC Scotland.
"I was pleased with the team but we may change things for Thursday.
"Last week against Dunfermline was a small step in the right direction and this was a larger step but we must still be careful."
Ibrox captain Barry Ferguson believes it was an important win but that the players still have a lot of work to do to get their season back on track.
"We knew it was going to be a difficult game," he said
"The chairman spoke to us last week with the manager and we responded today but we have to make sure that we keep winning as we have had too many draws and defeats.
"We will know if we have turned the corner if we can go on a long winning run."
