QPR defender Damien Delaney insists he will thrive on the pressure for the club to do well next season.
New first-team coach Iain Dowie has targeted promotion to the Premier League within two years and Delaney is eager to help achieve that ambition.
The Republic of Ireland international, who joined QPR from Hull in January, told BBC London 94.9: "I want that pressure. That is why I signed for QPR.
"And I want to expect to win every week," added the 26-year-old.
"Organisation is something we perhaps lacked last year, hopefully Iain Dowie can bring us that.
"We have the players, we have shown the skill and we just have to win games."
