Crewe have re-signed defender Adam Dugdale on a non-contract basis. Dugdale, 19, has been at Gresty Road since he was a schoolboy and has played regularly for Crewe's youth team as well as making one senior appearance.
He signed a one-year deal in the summer of 2006 but was loaned out to League Two side Accrington and Conference outfit Southport last season.
The Liverpool-born player will continue to train with Dario Gradi's side, and will be able to play if required.
