Brighton keeper Michel Kuipers has agreed a new two-year contract with the Seagulls, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2009/10 season.
The deal will see the Dutchman complete a decade with Albion after being brought to Sussex by boss Micky Adams during his first spell in charge.
Kuipers said: "It has been a great eight years and I am very pleased to have signed a new contract.
"I love the club and the supporters have been magnificent."
He added: "I was really happy with my form last season, but I will be back this pre-season trying to better that standard."
