Julian Rhodes has named himself as Bradford's chairman and chief executive following his takeover last month. Jim Brown, chairman of the Steering Committee that helped City through the last six months, is vice-chairman of the new Bradford City FC Limited.
Other members of the Steering Committee will form the board of directors and they will work for nothing.
Rhodes told City's website: "They are all bright people and will play a key role in building a brighter future."
He continued: "I am extremely grateful to Jim who has done a sterling job in incredibly trying circumstances - his help has been invaluable."
On his own dual role, Rhodes added: "This is literally formalising the roles I have had for a long time and will have no impact on me continuing to maintain a low profile.
"The key thing is the club and not any one individual."
