Oxford City are just one game away from promotion to the Southern League Premier after winning their play-off semi-final against Didcot on penalties.
The game at Loop Meadow on Wednesday night finished 1-1 after 90 minutes and 2-2 after extra time.
City boss Justin Merritt told BBC Oxford: "It's a lottery when it gets to that stage, but it was a good effort from both sets of players.
"At the end we had five penalty takers in our side and they all scored."
City will face the winners of the game between Fleet and Uxbridge on 3 May.
