Newport take on Llandovery in the final of the Super Rygbi Cymru Cup on Saturday evening.

The Black and Ambers and Drovers meet at Cardiff Arms Park (17:30 GMT) after Rygbi Gogledd Cymru (RGC) face Swansea in the final of the plate competition (14:30 GMT).

League champions Newport, who won their group with three wins and a draw, beat Ebbw Vale 48-34 in extra time at Rodney Parade to qualify for the final.

Holders Llandovery also edged through in the last four thanks to Ioan Hughes' penalty with the last kick of the game to beat Pontypool 26-24 at Church Bank.

The pair are also fighting for seedings in the league behind runaway leaders Ebbw Vale, with the second-placed Drovers just three points ahead of fourth-placed Newport.

A plate has been introduced in a new format for the 2025-26 SRC Cup.

RGC thrashed Bridgend 42-5 in the semi-finals while Swansea were also convincing winners, 21-5 against Carmarthen Quins.
