Redruth are set to host Cinderford on Saturday
Redruth boss Marek Churcher says he is enjoying the excellent start of his career as head coach.
The Reds boss took over the side at short notice in August after Steve Larkins stepped down and has led the Reds to six wins in seven games.
"It's a good experience for me, it's good for my development," he said.
"I've got a great group of people around me with players and management and squad so I couldn't be any happier at the minute," Churcher added.
The Reds' only loss this season was away at unbeaten National Two South leaders Chinnor and they have won their last four, including impressive away victories at Exmouth and Bury St Edmunds.
"Last year we instilled a culture within this team and club where the players want to pull on that shirt every Saturday and they can't wait to do it," Churcher told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"This year we've introduced a little thing where we present the shirts to every player at every home game.
"We're just trying to make it that bit more special than previous years, so the boys make sure they have that winning temperament that we can go out and express ourselves."
