  2. Old Mutual Wealth Series 2017published at 14:24 GMT 24 November 2017

England face Canada in a three-Test series, with the final Test taking place this evening.

England dominated the first Test at Allianz Park winning 79-5, before securing a 49-12 win on Tuesday at Twickenham Stoop.

It was announced last week that England women's players have secured a pay deal with the Rugby Football Union (RFU) before the autumn internationals.

Under the terms of the new deal, the women's players will not be salaried employees of the RFU, but will be paid when on England duty in the autumn, Six Nations, and summer tour.

Camaraderie and teamwork are vital skills in most team sports, but none to the same extent as in rugby union.

From boisterous Saturday-league club houses, to schoolyard games of touch, to lining up for your country in the 6 Nations, union is a sport of skill, bravery and strength.

And if you're more interested in throwing a ball around there are plenty of options for you, from the aforementioned touch, where tackling is banned, to light-hearted options like beach rugby.
