Cardiff Devils staged a late fightback to score three unanswered goals against gutsy visitors Fife Flyers and boost their Elite League title bid.

The visitors, who sit in the bottom two, went 2-0 up early in the opening period with Milan Lucic striking first and David Booth adding the second.

Riley Brandt ensured the hosts did not go scoreless before the first intermission and after a scoreless second period, Flyers stayed ahead.

Booth added his second to give Devils an even tougher task in the latter stages, but one they rose to as Gleason Fournier, and Brandt hit back before Ryan Barrow put the hosts ahead for the first time and for a lead they held on to.

Devils continue their campaign at Sheffield Steelers on Sunday, 25 January (16:00 GMT) while Flyers go to Coventry Blaze (17:30 GMT).
