Rotherham United are "lucky" to have Leeds United loanee Harry Gray until the end of the season, says boss Matt Hamshaw.
The 17-year-old, who joined the Millers a fortnight ago, became the youngest goalscorer in the club's history when he grabbed the opener against Northampton Town on Tuesday.
Hamshaw promised to buy the teenager a sugar-free soft drink to celebrate and is expecting Gray to light up League One as he gets used to the division's different demands.
"I said when we signed him that we will see him getting better and better, game on game," Hamshaw told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"He's not aware of what he's coming into obviously. But once he understands that and can see that, I think it will massively help him.
"The fact that he's the youngest-ever goalscorer in Rotherham United's history is a phenomenal achievement. You look at the history books of some of the good young players that they have had at this football club and the fact that he has broken that record is huge credit to him.
"We knew what we were getting. We were lucky that he's chosen to come to this football club. We're lucky to have him.
"I think he's enjoying it. Whenever a player gets a goal it breeds confidence. I certainly think in these last couple of games you've seen that coming out of him."
