Palmer named in Fifa's best XI

Chelsea's Cole Palmer has been named in Fifa's in best men's XI for the year between August 2024 and August 2025.
The 23-year-old scored 15 goals and registered nine assists in the Premier League across the 2024-25 season, before being named the player of the tournament as the Blues won the inaugural Fifa Club World Cup.
Palmer scored twice in the 3-0 win over Paris St-Germain in the final to add to his two assists in the final of the Uefa Conference League where Enzo Maresca's side beat Real Betis 4-1.
The full XI is as follows:
Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi, William Pacho, Virgil van Dijk, Nuno Mendes, Cole Palmer, Jude Bellingham, Vitinha, Pedri, Lamine Yamal and Ousmane Dembele.
Palmer was also nominated for Fifa's The Best Men's Award but was beaten to the main prize by PSG's Ousmane Dembele.
