Exeter City will be without captain Pierce Sweeney for their FA Cup third round tie away at Manchester City.
The 31-year-old defender, who is the club's longest-serving player and is celebrating his testimonial year, is suspended having been booked in each of the two previous rounds.
It is the second successive season the Irishman has missed an FA Cup tie against a Premier League side having been injured for the fourth round defeat on penalties by Nottingham Forest last year.
"It's always a blow when your captain misses a game, but we've known that for a long time so we're prepared," Exeter manager Gary Caldwell told BBC Radio Devon.
"I think you could see from the starting team on Sunday what our intention is and how we're going to set up in terms of defensively, so we're prepared for that.
"It's disappointing for him but he's still got a big part to play in our preparation, how he helps the team and he'll obviously travel with us as well, so he's still got a big role to play."
