Northampton Town have signed striker Jake Evans on loan from Leicester City for the rest of the season.
The 17-year-old made four Premier League appearances as a substitute for the Foxes last season.
He was named on the bench by boss Kevin Nolan for Northampton's League One fixture at Rotherham United on Tuesday evening.
"He has trained with us for over a week now and we have seen what he can do," said Nolan. "He is an exciting prospect and someone who we can help on his journey to becoming a top-level player."
Evans made his top-flight debut as a 16-year-old against Brighton last April after scoring 10 goals in 14 matches for Leicester's Under-21 side.
