Harrogate Town winger Stephen Duke-McKenna will be out for three months after breaking his metatarsal.

Duke-McKenna suffered the injury in Town's 2-0 home loss to Accrington Stanley on Tuesday.

The Guyana international, 25, has scored six goals in 20 games this season, despite the Yorkshire club's struggles with Harrogate in the League Two relegation zone.

"He had a scan yesterday and it's bad news for the team," Town manager Simon Weaver told BBC Radio York.

"Dukey's made a big impact this season, but we're looking at at least 12 weeks out."
