League One promotion-chasers Lincoln City have signed Scotland Under-21 forward Ryan One on loan from Sheffield United until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old has featured 22 times in all competitions for the Blades since moving to Bramall Lane from Scottish side Hamilton Academical in September 2023.

One made his debut for United in the Premier League a month later but has found first-team opportunities limited in the time since.

He has made seven appearances this season, but has not featured since November.

Lincoln came out on top in their pursuit of the Scot, with the forwarded reportedly wanted by Rotherham United, external and other League One rivals.

Imps sporting director Jez George said One brings "pace, power and physicality" that adds to their attacking option as they look to reach the Championship.

"He is coming on loan to make a real impact, and we believe he has all the attributes we value to do that," George told the club website., external
