Cheltenham midfielder Liam Kinsella has left the club with immediate effect to join Hednesford Town in the seventh-tier Northern Premier League.
The 29-year-old made 89 appearances for the Robins, including 26 in all competitions this season, and signed a new one-year contract in July
"He wanted to take the opportunity that he's been presented with and it's a good one for him," Cheltenham manager Steve Cotterill said.
"He's been a great servant to the football club and I needed to be fair to him. It was important I looked after him by sticking to my word."
