Bay, who were fifth going into the final round, secured their spot in the Championship Conference despite defeat at leaders The New Saints.
League top scorer Jordan Williams scored after just two minutes at Park Hall to secure a 1-0 win, which sees Saints six points clear at the top.
Ollie Hulbert set Barry on their way to a 5-1 win over Llanelli with the opening goal after three minutes.
Bradley Gibbings equalised for bottom-of-the-table Llanelli, who have confirmed ex-Wales defender Terry Boyle as manager until the end of the season.
But goals from Callum Sainty and Ieuan Owen put Barry firmly in control at Jenner Park.
Owen scored his second goal five minutes after the break before Robbie Willmott sealed victory with a fifth.
Barry's win ended the top-six hopes of Cardiff Met, who went ahead in the first half at Penybont courtesy of Fumpa Mwandwe.
But Met had keeper Sam Seager sent off for handling outside the area and soon after youngster Ioan Phillips equalised for Penybont to claim a 1-1 draw.
Connah's Quay's eight-match winning run came to an end as they were held to a 2-2 draw at Caernarfon Town.
Nomads went ahead through Callum Bratley but Phil Mooney levelled for the hosts.
Rhys Hughes' free-kick put Connah's Quay back in the lead but Mooney scored a second equaliser with nine minutes remaining.
Haverfordwest's outside chance of making the top six all but ended in the first half at home to Briton Ferry Llansawel.
Ollie Anderson, Thomas Walters and Alex Gammond gave Ferry a 3-0 lead at the break with Ben Ahmun and Hari Thomas replying for County in the second half to make it 3-2.
Lassana Mendes scored after only nine seconds to give Bala the lead at relegation rivals Flint Town United.
Cameron Ferguson, son of ex-Everton striker Duncan Ferguson, scored twice on his debut for Bala following his move from Flint.
Hussein Mehasseb sealed Bala's 4-0 win in the second half to see them move out of the relegation zone at the expense of Flint.
