
Tempers flared on the touchline after Birmingham's late effort was disallowed
Middlesbrough and Birmingham have been fined £7,500 and £9,000 respectively by the Football Association after a fracas involving players and coaches.
The incident happened during their Championship game on 21 January, which ended 1-1 at the Riverside Stadium.
In addition, Boro coach Leo Percovich must serve a two-match touchline ban and has been fined £3,000 after admitting improper conduct.
Blues head of performance Sean Rush has been given a one-game touchline ban.
Rush has also been fined £2,000.
