Oxford United 3-0 Doncaster Rovers

James Henry scored twice as Oxford United eased past Doncaster to stretch their unbeaten run to eight matches.

The winger's double sandwiched a Cameron Brannagan finish for League One's form team.

The Us did all the pressing early on as Jamie Mackie saw a close-range shot saved, Henry fired wide from 20 yards and Tariqe Fosu curled a right-footed effort against the post.

Rovers almost broke the deadlock when Kieran Sadlier directed Brad Halliday's cross over the bar but in first-half stoppage time, Henry unleashed a stunning drive past Seny Dieng from 23 yards.

And a minute after the restart, Brannagan turned in Chris Cadden's pass for his seventh goal of the season.

Henry wrapped up Oxford's third successive 3-0 home league win by converting a penalty 13 minutes from time, the midfielder's eighth goal in his last nine appearances, after Tom Anderson handled Shandon Baptiste's cross.

Rob Dickie and Rob Hall also went close in a one-sided win.
