FA Cup: Lincoln City 3-2 Northampton Town highlights

Bruno Andrade scored an injury-time winner against Northampton to send Lincoln City into the second round of the FA Cup.

The tie looked to be heading for a replay after the Imps let a two-goal lead slip, but a fantastic effort from the Portuguese winger sent Danny Cowley's side through.

After a quiet opening, the tie came to life after 16 minutes as Lincoln took the lead. Andrade sent in a low cross from the left and Harry Anderson got across his marker to fire into the net.

The second goal arrived in the 52nd minute when the ball dropped to Tom Pett just outside the box and the midfielder rifled home.

The two-goal lead lasted barely three minutes as the Cobblers gave themselves a lifeline when Jack Bridge fired into the net.

And Northampton completed their comeback when Kevin van Veen turned sharply before shooting into the roof of the net.

Andrade had the final say to send Lincoln through, while Northampton substitute Junior Morias was sent off at the end of added time following an off-the-ball incident involving Pett.
