Doncaster Rovers held on for victory at Rochdale in an entertaining League One game at the Crown Oil Arena.
Goals from Ali Crawford, Andy Butler and Jermaine Anderson earned Rovers the win, despite second-half Rochdale goals from Ian Henderson and Kgosi Ntlhe.
Doncaster took the lead in the 20th minute when Crawford scored from the edge of the area.
Rochdale spurned a golden opportunity to equalise when Henderson had an open goal in front of him from three yards but somehow fired against the crossbar.
Doncaster doubled their lead shortly after half-time when Butler headed home in the 50th minute, but Rochdale pulled a goal back from the penalty spot after 59 minutes. Henderson scored after Ntlhe was fouled by John Marquis.
Doncaster made it 3-1 when substitute Anderson netted at the far post from James Coppinger's deep cross in the 68th minute.
Ntlhe forced the ball home from a corner for Rochdale with eight minutes to go to make it a nervy end, but Grant McCann's side held on.
