Wes Hoolahan joined Norwich City from Blackpool in 2008
Wes Hoolahan scored on his final home appearance for Norwich as his side came from behind to defeat Leeds United.
Kalvin Phillips opened the scoring for Leeds with a fantastic half-volley from 25 yards out.
Hoolahan, captain for the day, equalised five minutes later with a deflected shot which looped over Leeds keeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
Ex-Republic of Ireland player Hoolahan, 35, then assisted Josh Murphy, who fired in to complete the comeback.
Leeds could have gone two goals clear just moments after scoring their first when Kemar Roofe blasted a shot into the side-netting.
Mario Vrancic nearly scored a third for Norwich but fired narrowly over the crossbar from the edge of the box.
Norwich rose to 12th in the table, while Leeds fell to 14th.
Norwich City boss Daniel Farke:
"It's important to win our final home game. It sets the mood for next season.
"Wes (Hoolahan) is outstanding. Off the pitch he is outstanding too. It was well-deserved. I'm pleased for him.
"It's always difficult after an emotional week but for him it was a perfect finish."
Leeds manager Paul Heckingbottom:
"I didn't enjoy the game at all. We said beforehand that what with all was going on we didn't want it to be like a testimonial - but that's what it felt like.
"I thought the game was there for the taking and we did okay in the first half and got a good goal - but then we were guilty of bad game management by letting them back into it just before half-time with a deflected shot."
