National League side Chester have signed Crewe striker Daniel Udoh and Port Vale goalkeeper Sam Hornby on one-month loan deals.

Udoh has scored one goal in 20 games for League Two club Crewe but has not featured this season.

The 21-year-old spent time on loan with Solihull Moors last term, failing to score in four substitute appearances.

Hornby, 22, has made six appearances for Port Vale this season, but has not played since September.
