Huddersfield Town boss David Wagner has been fined £2,000 for misconduct by the Football Association.
The German - who was linked to the Aston Villa job, external - accepted an FA charge relating to his behaviour at the end of the defeat by Reading on 24 September.
The Terriers, who are currently top of the Championship, lost the game 1-0 at the Madejski Stadium.
Town host Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday, looking to record a third successive victory.
