Alex Purver: Leeds United midfielder joins Guiseley on loan

National League side Guiseley have signed midfielder Alex Purver on loan from Leeds United until 2 January.

Purver has yet to make a senior appearance for Leeds, but he played in 33 games for their under-21 team last season.

The 20-year-old, who can also play at right-back, signed a new one-year deal with the Championship club in June.

Guiseley are currently bottom of the National League, having lost their opening four games of the season.
