The League Two match between York City and Northampton has been called off because of a waterlogged pitch at Bootham Crescent.
A pitch inspection was held at 10:30 GMT and referee Sebastian Stockbridge deemed the surface unplayable.
More than 200 flood warnings and alerts, external have been issued across the country - with seven severe warnings in place for Lancashire.
