After scoring for West Ham in their 3-1 defeat by Manchester City, winger Michail Antonio shared the news about earning his first international call-up for the World Cup qualifier in Slovakia.

But not all players were sharing good news and it appeared Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury was reluctant to share at all. Forest winger Oliver Burke was announced as an RB Leipzig player for a fee of about £13m and it seems his team-mates were not best pleased.

While lots of players head off for a short holiday before the international matches, Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois showed he is as good with his feet as he is with his hands having taken part in a game of foot golf.

Middlesbrough maintained their unbeaten start to the Premier League season with a 0-0 draw at West Brom and home-grown centre-back Ben Gibson was delighted to be wearing the captain's armband.
