Grima has spent time coaching at NRL sides Parramatta Eels, Cronulla Sharks and St George Illawarra Dragons
London Broncos head coach Joey Grima has signed a new contract with the relegated Super League club.
Grima, who was appointed head coach in May, will remain with the Broncos until the end of the 2016 campaign.
The Broncos finished bottom of the table in 2014, with the Australian guiding them to their only win of the season - a 40-36 victory over Leeds.
"I'm absolutely delighted that [owner] David Hughes has given me this opportunity." Grima said.
"I've had to make some difficult decisions, particularly with the player roster moving forward. I felt I needed to create the right winning culture.
"I'm delighted with the squad we have and the great cross section of youth, enthusiasm, experience and maturity.
"Not only am I taking on this role to build a successful rugby league programme but also so we have a successful youth and scholarship programme."
