Liverpool Ladies will not renew four first-team players' contracts when they expire this winter, the Women's Super League One club have announced.
Veteran defender Becky Easton, Iceland midfielder Katrin Omarsdottir and Norway internationals Ingrid Ryland and Line Smorsgard will all be released.
Easton, 41, and Omarsdottir, 28, both won two WSL titles, in 2013 and 2014.
On Wednesday, goalkeeper Libby Stout joined American side Boston Breakers - now managed by ex-Reds boss Matt Beard.
Former Liverpool defender Whitney Engen, who left the Reds in 2013, has also joined Beard's Boston.
Full-back Ryland, 26, and striker Smorsgard, 28, both spent just one season with Liverpool, having joined in January.
