Cronin made 187 appearances in four years with Ebbsfleet
Bristol Rovers have signed Gillingham goalkeeper Lance Cronin and Leyton Orient striker Scott McGleish.
Cronin, 25, was allowed to leave the Gills after making seven appearances in his only season at Priestfield.
The experienced McGleish, 37, was released by the O's despite scoring 18 goals last season.
Pirates boss Paul Buckle told the club website:, external "Scott has scored goals wherever he has played. I think he is a fantastic signing for us."
McGleish has scored 202 league goals in 663 appearances.
