Leicestershire v Derbyshire: Visitors take lead on day two

Division Two leaders Derbyshire look on course for another win after a rain-interrupted day against Leicestershire.

After resuming on 5-0, in reponse to Leicestershire's 177, the visitors reached 191-5 to lead by 14 going into day three, with five wickets standing.

Wes Durston top scored for Derbyshire with 44, while Dan Redfern (40 not out) and David Wainwright (20 not out) will be aiming to build a substantial lead.

Only 54 overs were bowled before rain brought an early end to the day's play.

The wickets were shared around, with Nathan Buck taking two while Matthew Hoggard, Wayne White and Josh Cobb all took one apiece.
